Service and operator
These terms govern your use of Trinqet, a web-based workspace for freelancers operated under the Trinqet brand. Contact us at hello.trinqet@gmail.com.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Trinqet is intended for people aged 16 or older, subject to applicable eligibility and parental-consent requirements.
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malware, abuse automated access or use Trinqet to infringe another person’s rights.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you add to Trinqet. You permit us and our service providers to host, process, back up and display that content as needed to provide, secure and support the service and follow your sharing instructions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your content and for having permission to upload, process or share information about clients and other people.
Business tools
Contract templates, estimates, financial views and other business tools are organizational aids. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them and obtain qualified advice when appropriate.
Plans, trial and billing
Trinqet currently offers a USD 20 monthly plan and a USD 180 annual plan. Local prices, currency and applicable taxes may differ and are shown in Paddle Checkout before you confirm.
Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected subscription begins automatically and Paddle charges the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew for the same billing interval until canceled.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle. Paddle processes payment details, taxes, receipts and transaction support under the terms and disclosures shown at checkout. We do not receive your complete card number.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel through Trinqet’s billing settings, the Paddle Customer Portal linked from your confirmation email, or Paddle.net. Cancel before the end of the trial to avoid the first charge. After billing begins, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal.
Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed charge. Refunds and any statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund policy and Paddle’s buyer terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability and account access
Trinqet is under active development. Features may change and interruptions or errors may occur. Keep independent copies of important work.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful activity, material misuse, non-payment or breach of these terms. You may stop using Trinqet and request account deletion through the application or by contacting us.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how Trinqet handles personal information. Paddle separately handles buyer and payment information as merchant of record under its own privacy notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will date revisions and communicate material changes where appropriate. Changes do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
