Terms of service

The service

Trinqet is a software workspace that helps independent professionals and freelancers organize their business, including projects, tasks, clients, leads, contracts and finances. Trinqet is operated by Sagi Ashkenazi, trading as Trinqet.

These terms apply when you create an account or use Trinqet. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Accounts

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, and meet any other eligibility requirements that apply to you, to use Trinqet.

Acceptable use

You may not use Trinqet to:

• break the law or help anyone else do so;
• test, probe or bypass the security of the service without our written permission;
• upload or distribute malware or other harmful code;
• access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access;
• store or share content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• overload, disrupt or otherwise harm the service or other users.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to Trinqet. You give us and our service providers permission to host, store, process, transmit and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure and support the service and to follow your instructions, such as sharing a client portal link.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content and for having the rights and permissions needed to add it, including personal information about clients, leads and other people.

Contracts and business tools

Trinqet does not provide legal advice. Contract structures, presets and templates are informational and organizational tools only.

Trinqet does not guarantee that any document is legally valid, enforceable, complete or appropriate for a particular jurisdiction or transaction. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any agreement you create and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

Estimates, financial views and other business tools are also organizational aids, not tax, accounting or financial advice.

Trial and subscriptions

Eligible new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is needed to start the trial, and nothing is charged during it. To keep using Trinqet after the trial, add a payment method or choose a plan.

Trinqet offers a Monthly plan and an Annual plan, currently USD 22 per month and USD 204 per year. Local prices, currency and applicable taxes may differ. Billing begins according to the subscription status and price shown to you before you confirm, and subscriptions renew for the same billing interval until cancelled. If you switch plans, the timing and any charge or credit are shown before you confirm.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as merchant of record for purchases. Paddle processes payments, taxes, receipts and billing support under its own buyer terms. Trinqet does not receive your full card details.

Cancellation and refunds

Free trial: you can end a free trial that has no payment method from Settings → Subscription. Ending the trial takes effect immediately and your access ends at that time. Your workspace data is not deleted.

Paid subscriptions: you can cancel according to the billing status shown in Trinqet or through Paddle. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Cancelling does not automatically refund a completed payment. Refunds are handled by Paddle as described in our Refund policy and Paddle’s buyer terms. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Availability

We work to keep Trinqet available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, update, suspend or discontinue features, and will try to give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect paid features.

Your data and backups

We do not promise that content will be preserved permanently or recoverable in every situation. You can download a copy of your workspace from Settings → Data → Export data. Keep your own copies of records that are important for legal, tax or business purposes.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, unlawful or harmful use, a security risk or non-payment. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the issue. You may stop using Trinqet at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trinqet is provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trinqet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Trinqet in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Trinqet changes. We will update the date at the top of this page and communicate material changes where appropriate. Changes do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
