Who is responsible

Trinqet is responsible for the personal information handled through the Trinqet website and application. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello.trinqet@gmail.com.

Information we handle

  • Account information: email address, name, profile information and authentication identifiers.
  • Workspace content: projects, tasks, client details, leads, financial records, contracts, board content and files you provide.
  • Billing information: Paddle customer, transaction and subscription identifiers, selected plan, billing status and access dates. Payment-card details are entered directly into Paddle Checkout and are not provided to Trinqet in full.
  • Support and feedback: messages, survey responses and attachments you choose to send.
  • Technical and security information: browser, device, request, authentication and abuse-prevention signals needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Optional analytics: usage events, screens visited and associated browser or device identifiers when you allow analytics.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide and synchronize the workspace, follow sharing instructions, manage subscriptions and access, respond to support, prevent abuse and comply with applicable obligations.

Depending on the context and applicable law, we rely on performing our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing Trinqet, legal obligations and consent for optional analytics.

If you add information about clients or other people, you are responsible for having an appropriate reason and permission to do so.

Service providers

Google Firebase provides authentication, hosting, database and related cloud services. Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, payment, tax, receipts, subscription administration and buyer support. Google Analytics is used only after an affirmative analytics choice.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Information may be processed outside your country. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, Trinqet or others.

Security and App Check

Trinqet uses Firebase App Check with score-based reCAPTCHA Enterprise to distinguish legitimate application requests from abusive traffic. Google may process device, browser and interaction signals for this security purpose. The check normally runs invisibly and is required to protect the service.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Cookies, storage and analytics choices

Authentication, security and browser storage are used where needed to sign you in, retain preferences, protect requests and operate the workspace. Optional Google Analytics is enabled only after an affirmative choice.

You can decline analytics or change your choice through Privacy choices in the application. Withdrawing consent stops future optional analytics collection but does not automatically delete information already collected.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. Some records may be retained longer where required for security, dispute resolution, tax, accounting or other legal obligations. Paddle controls retention of its transaction records.

You can request account or data deletion through the application or using the contact below. Clearing browser storage alone does not delete cloud records. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a relevant supervisory authority.

Send requests to hello.trinqet@gmail.com from the email associated with your account where possible. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.

Age and policy updates

Trinqet is intended for people aged 16 or older, subject to applicable eligibility and parental-consent requirements.

We will date revisions and communicate material changes where appropriate. This policy does not limit mandatory privacy rights.
